Quality of our work
First up was the quality of work. This was judged from both the look of our work itself from an external perspective, as well as the volume and content of 5 star Google reviews we've kindly been given by our happy clients, across both domestic and commercial jobs.
Variety of our work
Next they flagged the variety of work we've undertaken to date. We cover both domestic and commercial jobs and take on projects of all sizes. On the domestic front, we have successfully completed a range of projects from a small 3 panel domestic solar panel only installation, up to a larger 30 solar panel installation, with batteries, iBoost (to heat the customers water tanks) plus two EV charging points!
For the commercial work, this ranged from a 30 solar panel installation for the Copdock & Old Ipswichians Cricket Club, up to just under 700 panels for the Earlham Institute up in Norfolk.
We also completed a number of bespoke projects too, including a 30 strong solar panel installation mounted on a hand made ground mount frame, which we also provided the client. This system generated all the power the client needed, without needing to lay any panels on the properties roof space.
Our dedication to making solar energy accessible to everyone, no matter the size of your budget, property or whether you are a home or a business, was something that they particularly liked.
Our sustainable approach and ethos
The third main category (which you may have guessed from the award category title!) was the environmental and sustainability angle. They expressed a particular note of praise for the fact that we plant one tree for every day we are out working - so nearly 500 trees so far!
In summary
So, in short, it was amazing news to hear we've won the award and also well deserved for both of our founders (Pietro and Greg pictured at the top of the page) as well as the whole team for their tireless work each and every day, in the office and out on the road (and roofs!).
